Week Two.

Still enjoying this challenge! I didn’t do AS well this week, and there were a few days where I did not hit 10,000k due to travel and other responsibilities, BUT that isn’t going to stop me from continuing with this challenge. Overall, this challenge has made me more cognizant of just getting up and moving more often which is a good thing to keep in mind.

Here’s how I did this past week:

Monday: 13,168 steps

Tuesday: 11,089 steps

Wednesday: 11,082 steps

Thursday: 6,762 steps

Friday: 10,363 steps

Saturday: 7,342 steps

Sunday: 7,702 steps

This brings me to a total of 67,508 steps this past week! Yay for fitness.
